MENTOR COACHING OPTIONS

Jennifer
Corbin has coached and mentored both new and seasoned
coaches since 1998. She is a Coach U Certified
Graduate, Coach U Professional Mentor Coach and ICF
Master Certified Coach (MCC).
As a mentor coaching client of
Jennifer's, you will receive credit for
working with an ICF certified coach and Coach U
certified coach for your own
certification/designation.
OPTION 1: TRADITIONAL MENTOR COACHING
Typically during one-to-one mentor
coaching sessions, clients prefer to focus on
these three areas:

coaching skill development
(improving one's level of mastery in regards to
the ICF"s Core Coaching Competencies)
-
personal (and sometimes
spiritual) development (also known as Personal
Foundation)
-
building a successful external
coaching practice or delivering
internal/organizational coaching services
in-house
Learn the tools of the
trade including setting up
office and business systems, business planning,
advertising and marketing, setting up an ideal vs.
functional practice so that it's highly meaningful
to you, and more. Masterful coaches are
well-grounded and model successful lives so it's
important that we also focus on self-care and work-life
balance.
In addition to learning
about the business of coaching and modeling
success without suffering, I request
that you submit one coaching session per quarter
for review to fulfill the requirement of having
an ICF Certified Coach audit your coaching
around ICF Core Competencies.
TRADITIONAL MENTOR
COACHING PLANS
- 2 x 45 Plan
Two scheduled 40-minute private coaching
sessions per month via a toll-free telephone
number. I am pleased to offer you the Jumpstart
Mentor Coaching Rate at $250 USD/month for the first
three months.
- 3 x 30 Plan
Three scheduled 30-minute private coaching sessions
per month via a toll-free telephone number. I
am pleased to offer you the Jumpstart Mentor
Coaching Rate at $250 USD/month for the first three
months.
- 2 x 60 Plan
Two scheduled 60-minute private coaching
sessions per month via a toll-free telephone
number. I am pleased to offer you the Jumpstart
Mentor Coaching Rate at $300 USD/month for the first
six months.
- Customized Plans
Together we can design a plan that will better fit
your personal situation.
