"JUST-IN-TIME" COACHING PLANS - SINGLE
PROBLEM-SOLVING SESSIONS
Schedule a single telephone-based
coaching session with The Balance Studio if
you have a specific problem or
concern. One of our associates will assist
you by identifying the real source of the
problem, looking at various actions and
strategies that can be taken or simply
serving as your sounding board. For your
convenience, you can choose the length of
your telephone coaching session --
15-minute, 30-minute or 45-minute sessions.

THE HEART COHERENCY PROGRAM
This 3-week TeleClass is for people who are
currently experiencing stress. This scientically-validated
program can help you to reduce the following symptoms
of stress: difficulty sleeping, anxiety, high blood
pressure, irritability, difficulty in making decisions
and more. Included in the cost of this program is a
"Strategies for Coherent Performance Workbook" and a
CD called "HeartZones." You will finish this course
with strategies to relax that you can do any time and
anywhere in the world -- even in a boardroom meeting.
I became a licensed facilitator of this
program because I was experiencing a high degree of
stress several years ago in my corporate work.
Nutrition and exercise are wonderful ways to
relieve symptoms of stress and this program worked
wonders on the emotional and physiological symptoms.
